- TOUR N. 01 THE ASSIETTA ROAD AND COLLE DELLE FINESTRE (ABOUT 60 KM)
It’s a very hard itinerary recommended to very expert and well trained cyclists. The scenery is one of the most suggestive places in the Alps of the Alta Val Susa: the Military Road of Assietta, that connects the Colle delle Finestre to Sestriere with an unpaved trail that often goes above 2000 m of altitude, and offers a wonderful and unforgettable alpine landscape. The brave cyclists should start this tous from Susa/Meana to Colle delle Finestre and Sestriere, instead for the not well trained cyclists the easiest way to set off on this tour is starting from Sestriere to Meana/Susa.
- TOUR N. 02 I TRE VALLONI (ABOUT 55 KM)
Ring route that starts in Caprie and weaves in and out the areas of Almese, Rubiana, Villardora, Condove in Bassa Val Susa, part in unpaved road (single track) and part in asphalted road. it’s alterna tratti impegnativi a parti più facili. The difficulty is highly variable, with some challenging tracts and some much easier stretches.
- TOUR N. 03 ON THE HANNIBAL TRACES (ABOUT 36 KM)
Starting from the small village of Moncenisio (1430 m), when you reach the SS 25 (1312 m, 5,2 km) you turn right and you cross the village of Bar Cenisio to reach the Freanch boarder. You continue the main street and you arrive in the Piana di San Nicolao where you start climbing the “Gran Scala” (1859 m, 13,7 km). You follow the Route Nationale 6 until you can see, on the right, (14.5km) the signs to Rifugio Stellina and from here begins the dirt road that passes near the Caves du Paradis and leads to a roofless fort (15.5km). Overcome the building you take the main route up to the ruins of the French batteries and follow the tracks leading to the dirt road which cross the Route Nationale 6 (17.7km) and goes beyond the dam. On the opposite side, following the indication to lago Roterel, you go on a dirt road (20, 7 km), which is said to have been crossed also by Hannibal and his elephants and you arrive to the small lake. From here (1946 m, 24 km) you start to go down to Grange d’Arpon (1831 m, 25,2 km). The last part of this tour finish with a easiest unpaved road until Barcenisio, where you found the SS 25 (28,7 km) that you can follow until Moncenisio (1312 m, 31 km).
